This project aims to uplift rural communities by integrating them into the tourism value chain. It provides training in hospitality, guiding, handicrafts, and small-business management for residents. By promoting authentic cultural experiences such as village tours, traditional cooking, and crafts, the initiative creates sustainable income opportunities while preserving Sri Lanka’s cultural heritage.

This CSR project focuses on preserving Sri Lanka’s coastal tourism destinations by organizing regular beach clean-up programs, promoting plastic-free tourism, and educating local communities and visitors about environmental conservation. The initiative also supports local authorities in waste management and encourages eco-friendly practices among hotels and tour operators, ensuring the long-term sustainability of popular beach destinations.
